How do I take care of my jewelry?
Stainless steel does not require much maintenance, it is very robust and regenerates its protective layer on its own. However, if you want to maintain the shine and lengthen the quality of your jewelry, you can clean it in a very simple way. For this, you can clean your jewelry with a mild soap. Rinse thoroughly then dry with a soft cloth.

How to use a promotional code?
To use a promotional code, simply go to your basket and enter the code in the "Discount code" box provided for this purpose.
You can only use one code at a time. These are not cumulative.

From what amount, delivery of my order is free?
Regarding deliveries in France, shipping costs are free from 50 euros.
For other countries, delivery costs will be calculated directly when the destination country is entered.
When will I be charged?
If payment is authorized, your account will be debited within 24 hours.
What are the delivery times ?
Packages are prepared and shipped within 24 hours following the validation of your purchase (excluding holidays, weekends and public holidays).
Subsequently, the delivery time of your order between our studio and the place of delivery will vary between 2 to 3 working days for France and between 7 to 12 working days for other countries.
How to return an item ?
Please note that returns or exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED under the circumstances described below:
- Earrings for hygienic reasons
- Broken, damaged or tarnished items
- Sale items
- Packaging not supplied with the articles

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return at our studio.
Please note that the deadline may be extended depending on the beneficiary bank.
Where is my order ?
Once your order has been placed, an email will be sent to you within 48 hours to inform you that your package has been dispatched. This email will contain all the tracking information for your order.
Are returns free?
Returns are the responsibility of the customer.
What are the refund conditions?
We will refund the original price paid for the returned item(s).
The full amount of the return will be credited to your original payment method.
