How to return an item ?

Please note that returns or exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED under the circumstances described below:

- Earrings for hygienic reasons
- Broken, damaged or tarnished items
- Sale items
- Packaging not supplied with the articles

What are the refund conditions?

We will refund the original price paid for the returned item(s).
The full amount of returns will be credited to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless canceled by seller.

Are returns free?

Returns of orders placed are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return package at our studio.
Please note that the deadline may be extended depending on the beneficiary bank.
